Elsie Law’s Dose Of The Law

Written By: Elsie Law - Jan• 09•13

PhotobucketTexas is seeking to implement a requirement into their school system that mandates that all students wear a badge that contains a radio-frequency identification (RFID) chip. This chipped badge will track students’ physical locations while they are on school premises. The badges have been introduced into two Texas schools. However, there are future plans to implement the chipped badge in 112 schools in Texas.

A student who attends one of the schools that have already put the badge requirement in place refused to wear the RFID badge. The student proclaimed that it would be against her religious beliefs to do so. As a result, she was suspended from school for her refusal.

The student went to court to dispute her suspension and was granted a temporary injunction that allowed her to attend the school without wearing the badge. However, a federal court ruling overturned the injunction stating that the student must wear the chipped badge, or she will have t transfer to a new school.

Is this the future of education in America? Will being chipped be a prerequisite to getting a basic education in the public school system?

Definitions Better Than Webster’s: Psychological Warfare & Political Warfare

Written By: Elsie Law - Jan• 08•13

“The following definition is provided by a former Director of Psychological Operations in the Office of the Secretary of Defense:

‘Psychological operations may be defined broadly as the planned use of communications to influence human attitudes and behavior…conducted to create in target groups behavior, emotions, and attitudes that support the attainment of national objectives.’

Psychological operations are merely one part of a larger strategy, known as ‘political warfare.’ This was defined as follows by the head of the U.S. National Defense University:

‘Warfare is often defined as the employment of military means to advance political ends…Another, more subtle, means- political warfare- uses images, ideas, speeches, slogans, propaganda, economic pressures, even advertising techniques to influence the political will of an adversary…’

Still broader is the description of political warfare used by the former National Security Council communications specialist which appears in a text published by the National Defense University Press:

‘Political warfare is a general category of activities encompassing political action, coercive diplomacy, and covert political warfare…Political action means a range of activities including certain kinds of multilateral diplomacy, support for foreign political parties or forces, and support for or work with international associations of various kinds. Covert political warfare [includes] operations against enemy alliances, influence operations, and black [clandestine] propaganda…[A] psychological-political component is inherent in every use of the diplomatic, economic, and military instruments of national power…A nation’s economic and military strength of necessity creates political weight that can be exploited in a variety of ways to advance the national interest.’

As the military experts note, economic pressures, diplomacy, and the military threat are all part of a larger strategy of control over hostile, neutral, sometimes even friendly nations around the world.” -From, “The Entertainment As Propaganda Report By: The Information Project for Africa [via, “Warrior Song” By: Djehuti Wa Kamau

Dick Gregory On The Assassination Of Malcolm X

Written By: Elsie Law - Jan• 07•13

“I was not surprised at all by Malcolm’s murder. I knew it had been planned down to his last breath and that once planned nothing was going to stop the killers. The press gave me the same lie they would feed to the American public for the next thirty-four years. I disagreed then, and I still disagree. I knew that day I got the news that Malcolm’s assassination was a government hit. Even after Malcolm was shot, they had their men in place to make sure he was dead. The man who gave Malcolm mouth-to-mouth resuscitation was an undercover cop. When we finally got a copy of Malcolm’s autopsy report, it showed air bubbles in his lungs. It is fatal to give a person mouth to mouth when they have chest wounds, because you pull air bubbles into the lungs. Strangely enough, Malcolm’s autopsy report showed the same cause of death as Lee Harvey Oswald’s, showing gunshot wounds to the chest and air bubbles in the lung. Another key piece of evidence from Malcolm’s autopsy report clearly showed that the bullets in his body were fired from above him, yet the men who allegedly shot Malcolm were standing in the audience below him. So the brothers that the government paid to kill Malcolm were given blanks and they didn’t even know it. The government didn’t trust that they would do the job, so they had agents in the ceiling of that building to take care of him themselves. Under the Freedom of Information Act, we now know that the CIA rented the Audubon ballroom the week before Malcolm was murdered. Now people must ask themselves why would the CIA rent the Audubon Ballroom and what did they do while they were there? I know what they did and one day the world will know the truth.” -From, “Callus On My Soul” By: Dick Gregory
